Damage assessment or valuation?
After damage, the priority is a clear record of the findings. Buying, selling or documenting a fleet instead calls for a purpose-specific valuation. Both require precise machine details and a defined scope.
The range includes tractors, agricultural vehicles and construction machinery. Please provide the manufacturer, model, year and use so we can confirm whether the requested assessment can be undertaken.
Inspection at the machine’s location
Transporting larger equipment can be difficult. Where suitable, we arrange an inspection at its working or storage location. Safe access and a contact familiar with the machine are important.
Tell us about attachments, special equipment, access restrictions and operating condition. Any functional test must be agreed and carried out safely within the appropriate scope.
Consider use and supporting records
Operating hours, maintenance, repairs and known damage help explain condition. Optional equipment and attachments should be clearly listed so the scope is unambiguous.
Multiple machines can be coordinated in one assignment. Larger projects beyond our usual approximately 50 km regional area around Ludwigsau can be discussed individually. A valuation is not a substitute for a legally required safety inspection.

Frequently asked questions
Does the machine have to be brought to Ludwigsau?
Not necessarily. An on-site inspection can be arranged if access and working conditions are suitable.
Can attachments be included in the valuation?
This is agreed for the particular assignment. Please identify the type, manufacturer and condition of the equipment.
Do you take larger assignments outside the region?
A wider service area can be agreed for multiple vehicles or machines. Location, scope and timing are discussed individually.
This information is general guidance. Scope, fee and timing are agreed individually. Legal and insurance questions require consideration of the individual case.
