Privacy
A transparent explanation of how this website processes data.
1. Controller

2. Hosting and server logs
When you access this website, technically necessary connection data such as IP address, time, requested file, referrer and browser identifier may be processed in the hosting provider’s server logs. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of the website. Log data is retained only for as long as necessary for operation, security and troubleshooting.
3. Contact and WhatsApp
If you contact us by telephone or email, your details are processed to handle your enquiry. The contact form opens the email application configured on your device; the website itself does not store the information entered. The WhatsApp link connects to WhatsApp only after you click it and opens a prepared message that has not yet been sent. WhatsApp’s privacy terms then apply. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR depending on the enquiry.
4. Google Maps
After your separate consent, an interactive map from Google is loaded. In particular, your IP address, browser and device data and the page visited may be transferred to Google and processed outside the EU. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Without consent, no map is loaded. For details, see Google’s Privacy Policy and the Google Maps Terms.
5. Selected Google reviews
The displayed review excerpts and names were editorially selected from the public Google Business Profile and are delivered as part of this website. Merely visiting the page therefore does not connect to Google or Trustindex. Only when you follow the link to all current reviews do you leave this website and Google processes data under its own privacy terms.
6. Intellix assistant
The digital assistant processes entries only in your browser and does not transmit them to external providers. Its responses provide initial guidance and do not replace a personal inspection or consultation.
7. Local storage and consent
The selected light or dark display, language preference and consent choice are stored locally in your browser. Non-essential services are activated only after consent. You can change your selection at any time through “Privacy settings” in the footer.
8. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and may withdraw consent with effect for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
