2. Hosting and secure operation
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. Technically necessary connection data is processed, including IP address, date and time, requested page or file, transferred volume, response status and, where supplied, referrer and browser identifier. Logs support secure operation, troubleshooting and protection against attacks under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Retention depends on these purposes and the hosting log configuration, after which data is deleted or anonymised.
3. Contact and spam protection
The contact form processes your name, selected contact detail, message and acknowledgment of this privacy information. Data is sent to our server via HTTPS and forwarded by email to info@kfz-svhehr.de. We use it to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, prepare or fulfil an assignment. The same applies to telephone and email enquiries. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual enquiries or our legitimate interest in answering other enquiries under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Providing the required information is voluntary but necessary for a reply.
Server-side spam protection checks a hidden field, completion time and a pseudonymous identifier derived from the IP address. It limits submissions to three per hour; expired entries are cleaned up on the next form access. No external CAPTCHA service is used. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (protection against misuse). Enquiries are deleted once resolved unless another retention reason exists, such as statutory duties for business correspondence or billing records.
4. Google Maps
The interactive map loads only with your separate consent. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. IP address, browser and device data and the visited page may be transferred to Google, and information may be stored on or accessed from your device. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area under its own privacy terms. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. Without consent, the map remains disabled. External route links connect to another provider only when you click them.

5. Reviews and WhatsApp
Selected public Google reviews, including names and excerpts, are stored as part of this website. Reading them does not connect to Google or Trustindex. Their display serves our legitimate interest in sharing customer experiences under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The link to further reviews takes you to Google.
The WhatsApp button is an external link and loads no WhatsApp content before a click. When used, WhatsApp Ireland Limited processes contact and communication data under its own privacy terms; processing by other Meta companies and outside the EEA is possible. Please agree a suitable channel with us before sending confidential documents. Telephone, email and the contact form are available as alternatives.
6. Intellix AI consultation chat
The chat loads only after your separate consent. The technical platform provider is Picambo UG (limited liability), An der Storchenhecke 1, 36251 Ludwigsau, Germany. Connection data, visitor and conversation identifiers, your messages and conversation history are transmitted to Picambo Workspace. Responses are generated server-side using the OpenAI API. Content may also be processed outside the EEA. Avoid sensitive information, insurance numbers, health data and other details unnecessary for initial guidance.
The purpose is automated initial guidance about our services under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. No legally binding decisions about you are made automatically. AI responses may contain errors and do not replace an appraisal or personal or legal advice. Platform storage and further processing follow the applicable contractual and privacy terms. Withdrawal stops future use on this website and removes local chat identifiers and history; it does not automatically delete data already processed on servers. 7. Your choices and local storage
Your chosen language and display preference are kept in local browser storage until you change them or delete browser data. Without a manual choice, the display follows your system setting. The consent record includes selected services, a version number and decision time. It is accepted as valid for up to 180 days, after which we ask again. Storing the requested preferences and consent choice is necessary for these functions under Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Optional services are off by default. Use “Privacy settings” in the footer to allow necessary functions only, confirm your selection or accept all optional services. Withdrawal applies for the future. After consent, Intellix may also store visitor and conversation identifiers and history locally. If browser storage is blocked, your choice applies only to the current page and we ask again on the next visit. Content and contact options remain available without optional services.
8. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability. You may withdraw consent for the future without affecting the lawfulness of previous processing.
